Official rules for 100% Taste Guaranteed.
1- Limit one refund per houdehold.
2- Refund for purchase not to exceed normal retail price.
3- Limited to purchase and reimbursement requests made within the 50
Unites States and Washington D.C.
4- Money Back Guarantee applies to a refund on one purchase per
household, whether a single piece, or multi-piece puchase. Therefore, if
multiple purchases are made on the same receipt or at different times, only one purchase will qualify.
5- Must apply for Money Back Guarantee through the Beemster USA. The Money Back Guarantee cannot be honored by retailers.
6- Refund request cabn be made on pre- printed form available on
www.beemstercheese.us. We appreciate your telling us the reason for your request.
7- Refund request must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
8- Offer ends 07/31/2009.
9- No group or organization request will be honored.
10- Not responsible for undeliverd, stolen, damaged or postage due requests.
11- Fraudulent, incomplete or illegible requests will not be honored.
12- All refunds will be made by check.
13- Please allow 6-8 weeks delivery of refund check.
14- Void where prohibited.
