Surprising Beemster recipes
It has been debated for centuries how best to enjoy cheese. Most believe it to be a sin to interrupt the flavors of Beemster cheese by eating it with or on anything else. In Holland, Beemster is more often than not by itself, or with a glass of quality wine as an accompaniment. However, this is not to say that Beemster cannot be used as an ingredient within delicious dishes.
